When ZSR already owns a particular ebook, there are some places you can look in the record that tell you the number of concurrent users! (It's only when we are ordering new ebooks that you need to check with ZSR to determine how many concurrent users are allowed!)

For ProQuest ebooks, the number of users is indicated at the top of the record in Proquest, under "Availability" and for Ebsco ebooks it's at the bottom of the record in Ebsco by a field called "Concurrent User Level"

For DeGruyters ebooks, they are all unlimited user.

And finally, for some of our ebooks, the number of users is noted in the library catalog (in the Alma record)
